Our Journey
Airhosts4u was originally founded by colleagues Blazej Pietrowiak & Daniel Hopkinson. After using Airbnb since 2015 extensively as hosts & guests for personal use & for work, we quickly came to realise the great change Airbnb bought to the travel industry. However also came the effects of a wide variety of standards delivered by hosts, (we have heard many horror stories!) as well as the greater responsibilities entrusted to hosts to deliver.We saw the need to help improve the standards and services for Guests using Airbnb and Hosts needing support to help optimise and streamline the management and services provided to all parties. This is where Airhosts4u was born with a vision: Exchange our skills & knowledge that could deliver a short-term rental management service to take the stress away from hosts & deliver consistent 5* service to guests.
A New Heading
As of April 2020, after 2 years of working together, we have gone separate ways. Daniel Hopkinson is the sole Managing Director of the company going forward. During COVID-19 the company has had to update all roadmaps to make sure the company can survive and thrive during 2020. I am excited to see where I can take the company in the next 2 years from here. The company is in a very interesting period of transition, upgrades throughout the whole company process with the goal to grow.
Meet Daniel, an experienced electronic engineer with over 10 years of field service roles in Aviation, Medical, and Oil Industries. Throughout his career, Daniel has traveled extensively across the UK, providing top-notch software and hardware solutions while adhering to the highest standards of procedures and processes. Passionate about technology, geopolitics, and kart racing, Daniel brings a unique blend of expertise and interests to Airhosts4u.
Daniel’s journey with alternative accommodations began when he grew tired of the monotonous hotel experience during his frequent travels. Feeling disconnected from the vibrant places he visited, he sought a more immersive and personalised way of exploring. This led him to discover the charm of B&Bs and online travel agents like Airbnb, igniting his passion for the world of hospitality.

Meet Charlotte, the driving force behind our marketing efforts at Airhosts4u. With a degree in business and marketing, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Charlotte also runs her own creative agency, specialising in Branding, Website design, Social media, Photography, and Graphic design.
In addition to her marketing role, Charlotte takes on the responsibility of maintaining our website. With her meticulous attention to detail, she ensures that our online presence remains user-friendly, informative, and visually appealing.

Meet Ruie, the meticulous bookkeeper at Airhosts4u. With her keen eye for detail and expertise in financial management, Ruie plays a crucial role in keeping our finances in order.
As our dedicated bookkeeper, Ruie takes charge of managing expenses, invoices, reports, VAT, and more. She ensures that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and organised, allowing us to maintain transparency and make informed business decisions.

Meet Laura, the dedicated Operations Assistant at Airhosts4u. With her exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, Laura plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our property management company.
As our Operations Assistant, Laura takes charge of managing communication between guests, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Her effective coordination ensures that all parties are well-informed and aligned, resulting in seamless guest experiences and efficient property management.
Laura’s responsibilities also include scheduling operations and managing ad hoc tasks. With her meticulous planning and scheduling abilities, she ensures that operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and any unexpected challenges are swiftly addressed.

Meet Zoubir, our skilled Handyman at Airhosts4u. With his expertise in various minor preventative maintenance tasks, Zoubir ensures that our properties are always in top condition for our valued hosts and guests.
As our dedicated Handyman, Zoubir takes care of all maintenance work, ranging from gardening and heating to plumbing, fixtures, furnishing, and even refurbishments. With his meticulous attention to detail and broad skill set, he ensures that our properties are well-maintained and provide a comfortable and inviting experience for all.
