So, all we ask is to be respectful and mindful of others. However, it might be that the stars align and there are no other bookings during your stay! If that happens then … YAY … you can have the whole house to yourself.
We are happy to share our home with you! We lived in this house for more than 4 years and enjoyed every minute of it. After 4 happy years, we decided to move, leaving our beautiful home behind and hoping that others would enjoy their stay here as much as we did. We’ve left everything behind, hence, even though we have a management company handling our bookings, we hope you can still get a feel for who we are.
This is a 2 bedroom house with a spacious living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small patio (for when the weather allows it to be used).
The property is in a quiet neighborhood of Salford, with a beautiful park right around the corner. There are 3 big chain supermarkets within walking distance (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) and plenty of takeaways if you don’t fancy cooking.
Location wise, the house is well situated, with good public transport links nearby (buses 10, 34, 38, 37, 50) and a MetroLink within walking distance. 30 minutes and you are in the City Center.

Tram stop – 13 minutes
Weaste or Langworthy Tram stop
Bus Stops – 9 minutes
Bus 37, 38, 34, 10, 50 would take you very close to the property.
Comes & goes every 10 minutes. (Sundays they do not start running until 9 am)
From our check-in, instructions will be a picture available of one allocated parking space in front of the property garage. NO MORE THAN 1 Car in this section.
Any more cars, please park on the main road literally 5-second walk from the front door. This is to respect the local neighbours who all only park 1 car between each household in this section.
All bed linen and towels are professionally washed and dried by our local partnered cleaner, so you can look forward to a high standard when you arrive!
